The 2nd plenary meeting of the 6th Council of China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) was held from Nov. 23rd to 24th , 2011. Mr. Chen Deming, Minister of Commerce attended the meeting and introduced the current international situation to more than 130 member companies.

The meeting also released the results of 2011 International Contracting Company Credit Grad Evaluation and Outstanding International Engineering Project Manager Qualification Evaluation (OPME). NFC was honored to be awarded the AAA credit grade certificate, and Mr. Li Xiaofeng, assistant general manager of NFC, won the OPME certificate.
