During the visit to Moscow from Nov. 23rd to 26th, 2011, NFC's president Mr. Wang Hongqian and vice-president Mr. Qin Junman were honored to meet Ambassador Li Hui, Minister-counsellor Ling Ji at Embassy of China to Russia.

Mr. Wang reported NFC's capabilities and advantages on international engineering contracting and nonferrous metal resources development, elaborated NFC's business culture on good faith, mutual benefit and social responsibility, introduced successful experience on developing aluminium smelter project in Kazakhstan and zinc mine in Mongolia, as well as expressed sincere will of developing Russian market.

Ambassador Li confirmed that the embassy will provide fully support for cooperation between NFC and Russian business partners. Minister-counsellor Ling introduced current Russian economy and the operations of Chinese enterprises taking in Russia. In the light of Russia preparing to enter WTO and taking series of market opening and welcoming foreign investment policies accordingly, Mr. Ling encouraged good-famed companies like NFC to take the opportunity.
