On the morning of December 17th, 2004, TS. Elbegdorj, the newly appointed Prime Minister of Mongolia, led the ministers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Communications and Tourism, the Ministry of Coal and Electricity and Dashtseren, Governor of Suhbaator,  to Tumurtiin---Ovoo zinc mine, which was invested and constructed by NFC, inspecting the construction of the zinc mine.

The prime minister was very content with the construction of the zinc mine and recognized NFC’s excellent work. He highly appraised the project, which has made great contribution to the economic development and cooperation between the two countries.
