Three days have passed since the earthquake rocked Sichuan province. Tens of thousands of people have lost their homes after tremor, and many victims are still stuck in the debris. As the government and troops are racing against time to get to the disaster-hit areas and save those in need, NFCers also take actions.
Although Beijing is far away from the disaster-hit areas, NFCers' hearts are beating with Sichuan people. On May 14th, NFC donated 2 million yuan for earthquake victims. 238 NFCers out of 255 in total at Beijing headquarters donated in cash. On May 15th, 52 employees of Tsairt Mineral Co., Ltd, one of NFC's most successfully operated JVCs abroad, further donated from Mongolia.
With a strong sense of social responsibility, NFC hopes its donation can help Sichuan people fight against disaster and reconstruct their home.
