To promote corporate values and showcase the vitality of young employees, NFC held the “I Speak for NFC” youth speech contest on July 2. A total of 22 young employees participated in the event, either in person or via video link.

Under the theme “I Speak for NFC,” the contest brought together passionate young speakers who shared their personal journeys, work experiences, and reflections on corporate culture and spirit. Each employee, through their words and actions, is a living expression of NFC’s culture—a true ambassador of the enterprise.

Chairman Liu Yu encouraged all young employees to stay true to their ideals and ambitions and urged them to carry forward the spirit of diligence and dedication, to work with passion and a sense of responsibility, and to set high standards for themselves—becoming NFC youth who act with courage and commitment.

The contest vividly demonstrated the spirit of NFC’s young generation—“faith in the heart, strength in the stride.” and conveyed the determination of NFC youth to inherit the company’s legacy and shoulder their mission.
